The Director General of the Tanzania Civil Aviation Authority (TCAA), Dr. Jabiri Bakari, was among the leaders who took the Ethics Oath during a brief ceremony held at Chamwino State House in Dodoma on May 6, 2026.
The ceremony took place as the President of the United Republic of Tanzania, Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan, swore in Dr. Evaline Wilbard Munisi as Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office responsible for Labour, Employment and Industrial Relations.
The ethics oath was administered by the Ethics Commissioner, Judge Sivangilwa Mwangesi.
Other leaders who took the oath included Kheri Abdul Mahimbali, Chief Executive Officer of the Tanzania Electrical, Mechanical and Electronics Services Agency (TEMESA); Ali Jabir Mwadini, Secretary to the President; Engineer Peter Phillip Mwasalyanda, Director General of the Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority (TCRA); and Hon. Angela Charles Kizigha, Presidential Adviser on Social Affairs.
