Tanzania Civil Aviation Authority is a body corporate established pursuant to the Civil Aviation Act, Cap. 80 (R.E.2020).
(a) Applicant will do medical class 3 (b) If he/she pass medical will attend RPAS course (c) After course completion, applicant will do skill test (d) After skill test, applicant will apply for the license at TCAA by submitting all the required documents for obtaining the license ( (e) Payment of license fees and issuance (f) Applicant will sit for license exam and if he/she pass will get the license
(a) Submission of required documents by applicant (b) Document verification by TCAA (c) Vetting (security check ) (d) Permit issuance
TCAA discharges its mandate through three operational and one support directorate namely: Safety Regulation, Economic Regulation, Air Navigation Services and Corporate Services.
