The Tanzania Civil Aviation Authority (TCAA) has sponsored the Under-20 football team, Bara FC, with two sets of jerseys as they prepare for the Regional League tournament organized by the Tanzania Football Federation (TFF).

While handing over the jerseys on February 25, 2025, TCAA’s Acting Director General, Mr. Daniel Malanga, stated, “Our goal in giving back to the community is to collaborate with various stakeholders to contribute to their development and that of the nation as a whole.”

Mr. Malanga also wished the team success in the Regional League tournament and encouraged them to seek additional sponsorships to enhance their performance. He further urged the players to remain dedicated and work hard to advance to higher league levels, ultimately reaching the premier league.

On his part, the Chairman of Bara FC, Mr. Khatib Kikaji, expressed gratitude to TCAA for the jersey sponsorship and requested further collaboration to help the team achieve its goals.

Bara FC qualified for the tournament after finishing as runners-up in the Dar es Salaam regional competition. The team will set up a training camp in Mtwara as they prepare for the tournament, where they have been placed in Group A.
