The Tanzania Civil Aviation Authority (TCAA) has conducted a training session for its Board of Directors to enhance their understanding of the Authority’s operations.

The training took place today, February 11, 2025, at the TCAA headquarters in Dar es Salaam.

Speaking during the session, TCAA’s Director General Salim Msangi emphasized the importance of equipping Board members with in-depth knowledge of the Authority’s functions to ensure a shared and comprehensive understanding of its activities.

“This training will help Board members respond effectively to various inquiries whenever necessary,” said Msangi.

On his part, the Board Chairman, Dr. Hamisi Mwinyimvua, expressed gratitude to the Director General and facilitators for organizing the training. He underscored the significance of continuous learning, especially in an era of rapid technological advancements, to keep up with the evolving global aviation landscape.
