Tanzania Civil Aviation Authority (TCAA) has maintained diligent performance of its duties in accordance with the laws and guidelines in ensuring that Tanzania’s airspace remains safe and service providers operate in a friendly and secured environment.

TCAA Director General, Salim Msangi, made the assurances when partaking in the 17th Joint Transport Sector Review (JTSR) Meeting held in Arusha on October 23-25, 2024. The meeting was organized by the Ministry of Transport in collaboration with other stakeholders and officiated by the Minister for Transport, Hon. Prof. Makame Mbarawa on October 23, 2024.

Presenting a paper on the TCAA performance for the financial year 2023/24, he said that the authority will continue to work diligently for the development of the aviation sector in the country.

 The three-day meeting attracted various stakeholders in the transportation industry, whereby serious discussions triggered by the presentations took place. 

Participants also showcased their activities through exhibitions.
