The United Republic of Tanzania is now a Member of The SADC Aviation Safety Organization (SASO). 

This follows the official charter signing event on 5th July 2022, whereas the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania now become The SADC Aviation Safety Organisation (SASO)new member.

The agreement was signed by Hon. Prof. Makame Mbarawa (MP), Minister for Works and Transport on behalf of the Government of United Republic of Tanzania at the VIP Lounge in the Julius Nyerere International Airport.
