|TCAA INVITED STAKEHOLDERS TO DISCUSS ITS NEW STRATEGIC PLAN FOR THE NEXT FIVE YEARS FROM JULY 2021|
Tanzania Civil Aviation Authority (TCAA), set to redefine itself in the next five years, specifically on how best it can forge ahead.
That was revealed by DGTCAA Hamza S. Johari in his opening remarks on Stakeholders Consultative Meeting on Strategic Plan 2021/22-2025/26 and Client Service Charter, held on December 4th, 2020 in ALPHA Conference at TCAA Head Quarters.
DGTCAA added that preparation of Strategic Plan started earlier to ensure that it goes through a number of processes including; that particular stakeholders meeting, approvals from the TCAA Board of Directors, Ministry of Works, Transport and Communication and Treasury Registrar office prior to its commencement.
He added that, the expectation is to provide a strategic direction for the coming five years aiming at taking the Aviation Industry to the next level, and only to reach that is through having in place a strategic plan and direction.
The Consultative meeting also discussed the presented TCAA Client Service Charter draft, the DGTCAA informed stakeholders that the Client Service Charter is aimed at improving services rendered to customers.
The meeting was attended by a number of stakeholders who contributed valuable inputs that will be taken onboard to improve both Strategic Plan and Client Service Charter.
